After watching the video, discuss the following as a family:
- The children in this video tell a simple but important message. They see God in small things like: clouds, basketball, teachers, and in people’s hearts. Is this too simplistic? Or can God be found in simple things like that?
- Oftentimes we look so hard for God to show up in big miracles that we miss God in everyday life. Where have you seen God in your everyday life? In another person?
- In 1 John, it says: “Nobody has ever seen God, but if we love one another God lives in us and God’s love is perfected in us.” In what ways have you experienced that? How do loving acts help us to see God in the world? Talk about a time when you saw God’s love in someone else.
