High School Graduating Seniors

• Fill out the form to be included in the Lansdale Lutheran newsletter.

Meetings and Room Requests

• Form to request a room and to put your event or meeting on Trinity’s calendar.
• Form to view tables in the lobby that are available on Sunday mornings.

Communications Form

• Form to submit articles for the Weekly, Lansdale Lutheran, Facebook, website, monitors and emails.
• Information and worksheet for communications.

Youth Program Registration

• Register your child for choirs, youth groups, Sunday School, first Bible, First Communion, and Confirmation.

Publicity Refusal Form
