After watching this video, discuss the following as a family:
- Talk about a favorite gift you received. What made it so special?
- This time of year as we get ready for the holidays we start thinking about gifts. But we are also reminded of God’s greatest gift to us. What makes the gift of Jesus being born so special? What’s unique about that?
- Often when we receive a gift we want to give a gift to someone else in return. There’s nothing we could ever give God that would equal the gift of God’s own self given to us. So what do you think we should do? How should we respond? What could we give to God or to someone else that would reflect the goodness that God has blessed us with?
