Lent has traditionally been about giving up something, but we’ve already given up so much during the pandemic. So, this Lent, let’s take on something new! Sign up to become a prayer pal in 4 simple steps:
Step 1: Fill out this form and tell us how you’d like to connect via phone, email, or snail mail
Step 2: Find out your Prayer Pal as Lent begins. We’ll email or call with that information.
Step 3: Connect with your Prayer Pal. Introduce yourself and find out any prayer concerns.
Step 4: PRAY for your Prayer Pal during the season of Lent. Consider connecting with an email, phone call or card regularly.
Plan to meet your Prayer Pal in person on Palm Sunday, April 10 at 9:45.
When you receive your Prayer Pal’s name and contact information take a moment to say a prayer for them. Maybe something like this:
“Dear Lord, thank you for connecting me with my prayer partner, _____________. Help us both see your light in our lives and connect with us this Lent. Please fill us with your spirit as we journey through Lent together. Bless us both with good health and an open heart to you. Amen.”
When you have time connect with your pal via phone, email or snail mail.
