A newly formed visitor ministry has been formed to identify visitors and make connections with them. Here are a few new additions coming this fall that will help us improve this process.
- Recruit and train volunteers to be “floaters” to seek out and engage visitors and new guests
- Move the Welcome Desk to a more prominent spot in the Lobby
- Improve directional signage in our parking lot and on our campus as well as designate Visitor parking spots
- Identify our Welcome team with specific name tags
Join us in the Chapel for an informational/training session on September 15 at 11:45 am and September 16 at 7:00 pm. We are encouraging all disciples including Greeters, Ushers, Welcome Desk hosts and floaters as well as maintenance and security teams to attend.
